The Region 2 Public Health Training Center is part of a larger network of regional PHTCs and other public health workforce development centers. This network is known as the Public Health Learning Network (PHLN). The PHLN is the nation’s most comprehensive system of public health educators, experts, and thought leaders worked to advance public health practice and improve population health in the United States. The National Network of Public Health Institutes plays an important coordinating role for the PHLN, providing facilitation and leadership to align national workforce priorities.
